On Sunday 13th September 2026 we will be returning with Walk4Hope in London. This event will take you on a 5km stroll around Queen Elizabeth Park in London. 

Walking is great exercise and is both mentally and physically good for you. Doing this and helping us raise vital funds to support people living with secondary (metastatic) breast cancer will leave you feeling like you have done something positive this year.

Why not walk with us to help support a loved one. If you know someone affected by secondary (metastatic) breast cancer why not show your support by joining in with them if they are taking part or walk for them if they are unable to so we can continue to give hope and support for your loved one.

You could bring together family and friends and walk in memory of a loved one.
